BaksPro provides AI-powered writing assistance for Erasmus+ project applications. Our services include:

• AI-powered project proposal writing assistance (KA1, KA210, KA220 action types)
• EU policy research and literature source scanning
• Project document export in various formats (DOCX, PDF)
• Multilingual project writing support (33 languages)

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you are required to comply with the following obligations:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account and not share your password with third parties
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The BaksPro platform, its design, logo, and software are the intellectual property of Baksora Teknoloji. Regarding AI-generated project content:

• AI-generated content can be freely used by the user for their own projects
• Project data created through the platform belongs to the user
• User data is not used for AI model training
• The platform's source code, design, and infrastructure belong to Baksora and are protected

5. Payment and Refund

For detailed information about payment terms and refund policy, please review our Distance Sales Agreement and Cancellation/Refund Policy pages. Payments are processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Your credit card information is not stored by Baksora.

6. Limitation of Liability

BaksPro is an AI-powered writing assistance service. The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the generated content is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in their applications. Baksora cannot be held responsible for the acceptance or rejection of project applications.

7. Service Changes

Baksora reserves the right to make changes to the services offered, pricing, and these terms of service with prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
