Cancellation and Refund Policy

Important Information

BaksPro AI is a digital service performed instantly in electronic environment. Project kits (KA1, KA210, KA220) and add-on products (extra project slots, AI word credits) are one-time purchases and are credited to your account immediately after payment. Special withdrawal right conditions apply.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

Withdrawal Right Can Be Used

If you have not yet started using the purchased project kit or add-on (no project created and no AI word credits consumed), you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the payment date without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Right Cannot Be Used

According to Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, "services performed instantly in electronic environment" are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Any of the following situations means the service has been performed:

  • Creating a project and generating content by AI (consuming word credits)
  • Exporting a project as PDF or Word format
  • Using AI word credits in any way

Note: In cases where AI output cannot be obtained due to technical problems, consumed word credits are restored or a new usage right is granted.

2. Cancellation Procedure

2.1 Cancellation for Unused Products

  • Written application must be made to baksora@baksora.com
  • Application must be made within 14 days of the payment date
  • The paid amount is refunded within 10 business days from the receipt of the request
  • Refund is processed via iyzico to the original payment method (credit/debit card)

2.2 For Used Products

  • If Project Slot Is Used: No refund if a project has been created and AI content has been generated.
  • Partial Usage: If a kit includes multiple slots (e.g., extra project slots), partial refund can be requested for unused slots only.
  • Technical Issues: If a project cannot be created due to AI system errors, consumed word credits are restored or a new usage right is granted.

3. Refund Method

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to your card via iyzico. Refund time may vary depending on your bank (usually 5-10 business days).
  • Installment Payments: Installment cancellation is processed through iyzico and your bank.
  • Partial Refunds: The amount for unused slots is calculated and a partial refund is processed.

4. Special Cases

Force Majeure

In case the service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, the parties reach a solution through mutual agreement.

Dissatisfaction with Service Quality

Please report complaints about the quality of AI-generated project content to baksora@baksora.com. Your request will be evaluated within 48 hours and a solution will be offered. Additional word credits may be granted for quality issues.

BaksPro AI Technical Issues

In case a project proposal cannot be created due to AI system errors (server outage, timeout, incomplete output, etc.), consumed word credits are restored or a new usage right is granted. Technical problem reports must be made within 24 hours.

Specifying your order number (payment ID), name, surname, and reason for cancellation/refund in your application will speed up the process.

6. Dispute Resolution

For disputes regarding cancellation and refund, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts are authorized for amounts exceeding these limits.
